Returns

Try your shoes indoors on a carpeted surface before wearing them outside. This will allow you to test the fit without the risk of damage. Any product you wish to return must be sent in its original packaging and in the exact condition in which it was received. We cannot accept returns for used merchandise.

Olivinte will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 15 days of delivery of your order.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs except for warranty returns.

Please note: Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
